CYTOCON DB 1.1.2.3.

  • Section Supplementary material was added containing three parts - Unit conversion, Molecular weights and Tissue parameters used for unit conversion.
  • Query, Table results, column Unified units is now filled with kcell/L for cells and pM for molecules.
  • The bug of the previous version has been fixed: now search for data with selection of two or more diseases is available.

  • Cell markers case-insensitive search by first letters in Query section was added.
  • Reset password form was corrected.
  • The DB was significantly extended with new data: 54 diseases, 24 tissues, 42 molecules, 24 cells and 3701 concentrations were introduced. For this purpose 89 articles were reviewed.

CYTOCON DB 1.2.6.5.

  • A change in columns order was done in Table results: now "Patient number" column follows "Source type" column.
  • The DB was extended with new data: 1 disease, 3 tissues, 14 molecules and 687 concentrations were introduced. For this purpose 19 articles were reviewed.

CYTOCON DB 1.2.6.6.

  • The DB was extended with new data: 9 disease, 13 tissues, 20 molecules, 7 cells and 2525 concentrations were introduced. For this purpose 39 articles were reviewed.

CYTOCON DB 1.2.6.7.

  • The DB was extended with new data: 20 disease, 3 tissues, 24 molecules, 8 cells and 1731 concentrations were introduced. For this purpose 39 articles were reviewed.

CYTOCON DB 1.3.6.8.

  • Concept of “Special units” was proposed and corresponding annotation and review forms were implemented in backend of the database. This tool allows us to include into the DB such kind of units for cell subtypes as % of cells_markers_tissue_disease (percent of “parent” cell characterized by particular set of markers) and to recalculate them to unified units whether cells concentration was measured in the annotated article or not. In the first case the concentration of cell subtypes is calculated on the basis of the concentration of “parent” cell available in the article. In the second case the average concentration of the “parent” cell in the particular tissue and disease is taken from the DB.
  • The order of the columns with patient group attributes was changed in the Table results to be more convenient to interpret the data.
  • The DB was extended with new data: 7 diseases, 1 tissue, 26 molecules and 1866 concentrations were introduced. For these purposes 28 articles were reviewed.

  • The DB was extended with new data: 5 diseases, 4 tissues, 13 molecules, 1 cell and 1221 concentrations were introduced. For this purpose 29 articles were reviewed.

CYTOCON DB 1.3.6.10.

  • The DB was extended with new data: 5 diseases, 2 molecules, 4 cells and 1225 concentrations were introduced. For this purpose 31 articles were reviewed.

CYTOCON DB 1.3.6.11.

  • The DB was extended with new data: 7 diseases, 3 tissues, 15 molecules, 7 cells and 2053 concentrations were introduced. For this purpose 54 articles were reviewed.

  • The DB was extended with new data: 3 diseases, 7 tissues, 1 molecule, 1 cell and 904 concentrations were introduced. For this purpose 19 articles were reviewed.
